Requirements
Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Virginia (or be eligible to obtain one) along with current national certification. A minimum of two years of direct, independent post-graduation clinical experience in an autonomous medical and surgical dermatology setting is strictly required. The ideal candidate will possess a warm bedside manner, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit that aligns with our team-first culture. A current SDPA Fellow designation and experience with electronic medical records (EMR), dermatologic surgical procedures (including biopsies and standard excisions), and advanced biologic therapies are highly preferred.
