We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Optometrist to join our team of five ODs across our four locations. What You'll Do

- Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision evaluations

- Diagnose and manage ocular disease (glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, etc.)

- Fit and prescribe contact lenses, including specialty and ortho-k lenses

- Provide myopia control

- Build lasting relationships with patients and the community

 What We're Looking For

- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

- Active Virginia state license (or ability to obtain)

- TPA certification preferred

- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care

- New graduates and experienced ODs both encouraged to apply
