Description
Grandview Medical Center - Birmingham, Alabama is seeking an experienced and motivated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient primary care team.This hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while maintaining a predictable outpatient schedule.
Position Highlights:
- Join a well-established primary care group in a busy outpatient clinic
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Traditional outpatient practice with a daytime schedule
- Shared call rotation with telephonic-only coverage
- Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each provider
- Shared administrative support staff
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active or eligible Alabama licensure
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience preferred
- Ability to practice independently and manage patients autonomously
- Prior experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care required
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
